Requirements

What We Look For

We hire caregivers who are not just qualified, but truly passionate about making a difference. If you have a caring heart and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

▪ High school diploma or equivalent
▪ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
▪ Pass a comprehensive background check
▪ Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
▪ Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
▪ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
▪ Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
▪ Must be authorized to work in the United States
